The Physicians' Network (TPN) chartered as a limited liability company in 1994 is a physician-owned, physician operated, multi-specialty IPA which arranges managed care contracting for its physician participants in the Central and Eastern Kentucky areas.

TPN is helping physicians in independent or small group practices to organize, so that they can compete successfully for the growing number of patients in managed care plans while still maintaining an independent practice.

To provide unique, innovative and value added healthcare system management services to a community of patients, physician networks, hospitals, employers, insurers and other healthcare organizations and to provide unsurpassed practice management services to our physician groups.
